PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerLand based wind turbines are not used to their fullest potential due to the inconsistency of wind near the earth's surface. The goal was to determine if a structure could be designed and built to harness wind energy at high altitudes. Using a non-rigid airship, a design was created to lift wind turbines up to a desired height while still achieving a moderate power output.
