Managers in large corporations often use a significant amount of data from various sources to manage their department. The goal of this project was to create a Performance Dashboard Concept that will serve as a blueprint for the future development of an information dashboard that measures the performance of the Fixed Income IT Deal Capture department. The dashboard would allow managers to select certain key performance indicators to display and would provide real-time updates whenever possible. Ideally, the dashboard will be integrated with a newly developed internal website that will be used by Fixed Income IT on a global level.
