Abstract

The goal of this project was to take an existing architecture within a customer relation management tool and improve upon it. These improvements where centered on the Miller Heiman BlueSheet process which is phase centric making the application more user friendly. This was achieved by taking design specification and building them into actual web pages primarily using technology proprietary to InterSystems.
