MORGAN STANLEY INTERNATIONAL PRIME BROKERAGE: A study to identify and implement best practices in Client Service
Ciaraldi, Michael J
The project focused on determining the best practices for a number of processes within the Client Service department for Morgan Stanley's International Prime Brokerage division; specifically concentrating on audit requests, trade flow and corporate actions. By identifying and understanding the issues involved with the current practices, the team was able to develop a series of improvement recommendations to aid the sponsor in shifting these tasks towards their best practice.
