This project, completed for Royal Bank of Scotland, created training for foreign exchange salespeople on credit charges, funding rate changes, a new pricing system and appropriate conduct for new hires. This was needed to address changes resulting from the 2008-09 recession. The project identifies the current state of the relevant processes as explained by employees all around the business, making technical improvements where possible. We conclude by giving suggestions to further improve support for salespeople and access to information.
