Pavement Analysis and Design for the State of Maine

open in viewerThis study analyzes a current pavement structure in Guilford, Maine and designs a new, more economical pavement structure for the site. The pavement data was obtained with a number of in-situ instruments, which were installed in conjunction with the Maine Department of Transportation, and analyzed using pavement analysis programs. This study examines both theoretical and empirical traffic loading and environmental changes to efficiently design new pavement structures.
