Worcester Polytechnic Institute's (WPI) Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) participates in two distinct competitions, Formula SAE (FSAE) and Baja SAE (BSAE). The clubs mainly focuses on FSAE as its flagship competition. In the past, WPI's SAE has participated in BSAE and has built some frames that have not competed.
