Abstract
CVD diamond is an extremely useful material for electronic applications, however it is difficult to process. This project was completed with the intent to develop processes using only the resources available at GSFC. Laser cutting, metallizing, and creating resistors on the diamond film were the three processes that were explored. The development of these diamond processes will help NASA in future projects, such as the Nanosat program.
