Computational models, incorporating electromagnetics, are utilized by industry for comprehensive evaluation of performance and safety to support medical device design and development. Currently, the number of existing anatomically accurate and numerically computational human models that represent a diverse population is limited. The purpose of this Major Qualifying Project was to aid in creating a Computer Aided Design Male Human Body Model for medical electromagnetic simulations. The project aimed at refining the model to be anatomically accurate, numerically efficient and compatible with various software packages suitable for Finite Element Method analysis.
