The goal of this MQP team is to provide Gallo with a suitable method for determining when the filtration step is beginning to fail. The developed method is accurate, precise, flexible, fast, and can serve as a backup plan to our recommendation of purchasing Turbidity Meters for all three industrial filters. These meters will reduce the amount of product that is outside of the tolerance zone thereby minimizing the amount that must be re-filtered.
