Abstract
The goal of this project was to continue the work of two previous MQP's in the design and construction of a demonstration Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging system. Through extensive research in the NMR phenomenon and engineering design process, a design for a basic NMRI instrument was created. The implementation of several components including the pulse programmer, transmitter and receiver was then initiated.
