Abstract
The project goal was to design, model and build a classroom demonstrator linear accelerator. Work focused on optimizing components, finding best geometries of the projectile and coils for given amounts of shared energy. Simulation and experimental results strongly correlate in one of three cases considered and provides useful behavioral information.
