Abstract
The purpose of this project is to design a dynamic load able to dissipate 12kW at a maximum voltage of 300V and a maximum current of 300A. Such a load is expected to have a flat frequency response in the range of 0 to 10,000Hz. The load is meant for testing fuel cells and generators for military applications. A reduced scale model was built and evaluated.
