The purpose of this project was to design and implement an autonomic server system to run a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG). Our implementation successfully provided a server structure that was self-sustaining and properly accommodated the needs of an overlaying game. The system was implemented in a way that could accommodate most game engines. We hope that our contributions in creating alternate game server designs will prove to be a useful concept in future MMOG development.
