The team began by analyzing the current Resolve Claims processes at Allmerica. Next, the team designed a system prototype for Resolve Claims to store and manipulate the data used for the generation of performance measure documents. Finally, the system prototype is used as a model to assist Allmerica staff to further automate the generation of performance measure documents for other processes.
