Abstract

This is a retrospective clinical study using medical records of 20 cats and 19 dogs. All animals underwent radiation therapy for the treatment of lymphoma. A database was created to compile clinical data. Statistical tools including Cox Regression Analysis and Kaplan-Meier Survival Curves were used to evaluate the impact of several demographic factors on the success of radiation therapy. The study identifies substage as having a significant impact on the outcome of canine and feline lymphoma patients.
