This MQP concerns the creation of a tutor for the task of clearing a building of enemy soldiers on a modern urban battlefield. A cognitive model of an expert U.S. soldier completing this task in the Java Expert Shell System (JESS) is integrated with a modified Unreal Tournament 2003 game that supports the observation and tutoring of human players. The system also supports the model running in forward chaining mode to control an intelligent software agent completing the same task.
