Abstract

This project deals with the 64 oz. "Growler" bottling process at Wachusett Brewing Company. Currently, this process is completely manual and lacks organization. The purpose of the project is to investigate the problem areas of the process and consider possible improvements that may be implemented to decrease production time or labor, increase quality of the product, or eliminate undesirable tasks. Several options are presented to the sponsoring company along with the group's conclusions and recommendations for the most beneficial path to follow.
