Abstract

This project is accomplished for SABs Co., Ltd. (Thailand) in a matter of planning business strategies and analyzing to adapt for a present or future necessity. This paper contains four major parts: 1) SABs Co., Ltd. supply chain, 2) increasing supply chain performance, 3) marketing, and 4) e-business. These strategies provide an opportunity to be more competitive in the market using the knowledge of a marketing management and a supply chain analysis.
