Abstract

This project provides a quality control system for a local microbrewery. This system was created by testing samples as they came off the bottling line. Both the effects of various organic compounds, which may hinder the flavor and freshness of the brew as well as bacterial growth were studied to ensure overall quality and safety to the consumer.
