Within the retail sales division of Fidelity Investments, managers and phone/branch representatives use the retail work station (RWS) and the Cross Channel Compensation (C3) systems to obtain, track and calculate variable compensation. New functionality was added to the existing system used by retail employees to update information. After assessing the business need, our group created an automatic audit functionality for adjustments, made design changes to specific web pages, and increased search capabilities.
